| CBT Score Reports | • How do I order additional score reports?
- You can order additional CBT/PBT score reports by phone, fax, or mail, and have them sent to institutions you did not identify when you registered to test.
- Credit cards are required for phone and fax orders.
- To order by phone in the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada, call 1-888-863-3544. For all other locatrions, call 1-609-771-7714. You need:
 • your 7-digit registration number printed on your admission ticket (PBT) or your 16-digit appointment confirmation number (CBT), test date, and date of birth
• a valid credit card
• a four-digit institution code (PDF) and two-digit department code (PDF) for each score report you request
- To order by fax or mail, print and complete the TOEFL CBT/PBT Score Report Request Form (PDF). Complete all credit card information. Fax to 609-771-7500.
- To order by mail, print and complete the TOEFL iBT Score Report Request Form and mail it with your payment to:
